I don't have a joke for this.
Summary: Latin. People won't rebel if you keep them happy (and avoid big changes and scandal).
Commentary:
The real trouble is settling into a nice set of ~1 page essays, and then slapping down this 4 pager for me on a Friday night.
Also, so much Latin. Borderline unreadable without translating all of it before you even start (and I'm relying on machine translation).
